Cleanse Menu for Allergies

So here is my disclaimer,
I am not a nutritionist,
I am not a doctor and 
I am not a perfect health nut,
I am a busy mom,
with a lot of busy kids.
I live with people with food allergies,
food pickiness and
food related issues!
I do believe that food effects how you feel,
how you act and how disease processes in your body
and I believe in eating a healthy, balanced diet!
And I believe that a monthly plan is the
best way to eat right,
spend less and enjoy better overall health!

My goals for Meal Planning are to feed my family
*with healthy foods
*recipes that are made AT HOME
*Yummy for Everyone
*Fast & Furious for a family on the run
& more important than anything else
(to me that is)
* Foods that are helping me stay on a medication free path to health and wellness
(which hopefully will translate to health and wellness for my family as well)

 This first Menu is actually a Menu specifically for those
who by their own choice or the suggestion of friends,
family or doctors have decided to go on a Cleanse or
Purification type of Diet! This Menu specifically is for those
who are trying to determine if there are food allergies in their
families. It is an Elimination and Introduction Plan-
*** My disclaimer is three fold,
First I was under a doctor's care when I wrote this menu,
and Second, I put my entire family on a modified version of
this plan. It worked for us, but you have to know & pay attention
to your own family and your own health and follow what feels best to you.
And finally, I didn't concentrate on a lot of variety. For me personally,
I wanted to be successful and didn't have a lot of desire
to invest TONS of time investigating a new recipe for each
meal, each day.
